Right now, I don’t believe we yet know Dylan’s last Stratocaster show on that tour. As stated in the other discussion re: this topic, based on photos with reasonably meaningful IDs, Providence is the first one we know of with photos showing him using a Telecaster. At shows after Providence he was using a Telecaster. The unique central post thick padded stool on stage is notable in several of Ed Grazda’s Providence photos.

I doubt the dylanstubs placement of that photo in with the Providence pictures. It’s an ‘Alice Ochs’ photo almost identical to Schatzberg’s ‘Mineola’ images that were surely taken at Carnegie Hall – Oct 1. The microphone setup is different from that shown in Providence photos showing Dylan with a Telecaster guitar.

Well, apparently Dylan did have a history of playing at the University of Minnesota’s Union Building – but that was in 1961.
Clinton Heylin (“Day By Day”): Mid-May 1961 – Contemporaries have referred to Dylan playing a concert at Kaufman (sic) Union on his return to Minneapolis. This may refer to either the May or the December visit. (Dylan certainly played at the university in December.)
>the man who gave me these told me, and I remembered him saying this was at Coffman Memorial Union
Was it ever determined whether the mysterious man with the photos was actually the photographer or someone who attended the concert and would have known its location? or was he the recipient of hand-off photos and possibly assumed identifying info – how many years later?
Two Minneapolis concerts spaced a few days or weeks apart seems less than likely based upon the scheduling, chronology, and biographical information – as we know it, To me, the photos truly do look like a concert in progress, not some sort of rehearsal effort held in whatever available tiime and space. Thus far, the lack of supportive evidence for another Minneapolis show screams annoyingly. However – just in case, am preparing to eat one size 6-7/8 hat if it turns out there were two full-blown Dylan & The Hawks shows in the city that Fall
> The significant clue: stage front of wooden studwork… Auditorium chairs.
