“Released in 2000, The Covers Record was a collection of cover songs by Marshall recorded at various sessions in 1998 and 1999. A selection of covers that didn’t make it on to the album were recorded at Peel Acres, home of the British DJ John Peel. The session was broadcast on his BBC Radio 1 show and featured Marshall’s own interpretations of Bob Dylan’s Hard Times in New York Town… In January 2008 Cat released her second covers album, Jukebox. The album featured the original song “Song to Bobby,” her tribute to Bob Dylan.”

“I’m a socialist, so that puts me totally outside any concept…the Canadians get it. But seriously, most people don’t get it. The idea of capping people’s income just scares people. ‘Oh, you’re taking money from the rich.’ Ooh, what a horrifying thing. These people really need $200 million.” — Lewis Black (Reno Gazette-Journal 2006-05-18)

“Shia LaBeouf looked like he was in good spirits at LAX on his way to NYC yesterday as his Transformers 2 hit theaters across the country.”
Shia Saide LaBeouf is an actor and director, playing Jerôme Morris in Lars von Trier’s five-and-a-half-hour Nymphomaniac (2014). At the premiere three male audience members fainted and had to be carried out of the cinema. It is not Shia’s genitals you see in the film, a stuntman was used for the sex scenes and digitally joined to Shia’s body.
