JULY 1, 1990 – Hank Williams Jr. married former Hawaiian Tropic model Mary Jane Thomas in Missoula, Montana. They honeymooned in Tanzania, where they discovered their camp was infested with cobras.Williams was married to Gwen Yeargain until 1977 and the couple had one son together, Shelton Hank Williams, who now performs as Hank III. Williams has two daughters, Holly and Hilary, with his second wife Becky White and both are involved in the music business as well. Hank and Mary Jane Thomas produced two children together, Katherine and Samuel. The pair separated in 2007, but later reconciled. Their daughter Katherine Williams-Dunning died on June 13, 2020, in a car crash at the age of 27.
