Just like the “Middle Earth” universe of Tolkien, the special swords in the Game of Thrones have a name. The highest quality and the rarest sword are the one produced from “Valyrian Steel.” When the entire city was flooded with Valyrian Doom, the secrets of the steel were flooded with the city. There are only few lefts after the Valyrian Doom which the Free People of Valyrian produced the steel swords with the help of magic. This is why they are highly valuable. There are highly durable and sharp swords forged in castles although they are not as strong as Valyrian steel. We have listed some of the swords and their names in the TV show.
